The main product of our company is the flat die-cut for cutting paper, cardboard, multilayer corrugated cardboard, film, self-adhesive labels and other thermoformed packages. They may be used for all kinds of cutting devices, such as roller punching machines, flat saddle stitchers as well as die-cutting automats equipped in cleaning separating stations. For details, see the following pages.
Cleaning forms, also known as cleaning sections are used for removing unnecessary fragments (waste) from the sheet. This is performed during punching on the cutting machines. Those forms are equipped in a complete set of accessories to facilitate fixing in the cutting machines and removing waste efficiently. After being cut with a die-cut, the sheet is moved to the cleaning form, between the upper and lower board. The next punch by the machine allows the ejectors to remove the waste through the openings in the lower board. The usage of the cleaning form raises the effectiveness of cutting significantly. We produce complete cleaning forms, which includes the upper and lower boards and, if required, the cutter and counterweight of the front belt.
Separating forms allow a quick separation and sorting of the units in one run with cutting and cleaning of the sheet. They are designed carefully and individually. Depending on the layout of the sheet, the forms may be very complicated in their structure. Here we also present separating forms with the lower plate made of a 15 mm thick steel.
Pertinax (also known as RILMA) is a counter form, which allows crumbing the bended edges of the packaging at the same time as cutting. It is an alternative to a traditional set of counter-benders. It also speeds up the make-ready time of the cutting machines and improves the quality of the product. Bending a several lines which are close to each other or bending curved lines is possible only with pertinaxes. It is especially recommended to use pertinaxes in small units, where a high number of short bending blades causes problems with equipping the die-cut in traditional counter-benders. Our offer includes the design and manufacturing the pertinaxes together with the die-cut literally as you wait, which improves the mobility of our company to manufacture the entire set.
The look of the packaging can be improved by pressing graphic elements (such as a drawing or text) into the package. We manufacture a complete set of tools to make this happen (two pieces for each side of pressing). They are made in the photopolymer technology. A female mold is placed in the die cut and secured from falling off by an original solution, which ensures an elastic and stable placement as well as height adjustment. The height is set individually, depending on the thickness of the cardboard (just as the height of the bending blades) and its placement can be changed with a great flexibility. The time needed to set the pressing dies is shorthorn by the positioning tool.
The die positioner for female molds is a tool used for a precise adjusting of the mold on the die-cut within a technologically permitted clearance (more or less 1 mm). The tool is universal and can be adjusted to all different designs of the die cuts. It allows a very precise and fully controlled movement of the mold. Once it reaches the desired location, the positioning tool can be immobilized by an operator. It is made of hardened steel and does not require any external devices to operate. To learn about the operation of the positioner, see the Positioner User's Manual.
We produce a complete set of tools for embossing Braille inscriptions for both flat formats during die cutting and rotating devices during gluing on the folder-gluer machines.
The Braille embossing tools are made of metal. The aluminum female mold is mounted in the die-cut or on the rotation embossing wheel. The male mold is made of steel.
The benefits of using the steel plates:
-great durability (over one million punches)
-repeatability of the embossments -ultimate correctness of the embossed text (the dots do not fell of the plate)
-possibility to use the same plate for repeated jobs
-continued and steady work with the cutting machines
