Cleaning forms

Cleaning forms, also known as cleaning sections are used for removing unnecessary fragments (waste) from the sheet. This is performed during punching on the cutting machines. Those forms are equipped in a complete set of accessories to facilitate fixing in the cutting machines and removing waste efficiently. After being cut with a die-cut, the sheet is moved to the cleaning form, between the upper and lower board. The next punch by the machine allows the ejectors to remove the waste through the openings in the lower board. The usage of the cleaning form raises the effectiveness of cutting significantly. We produce complete cleaning forms, which includes the upper and lower boards and, if required, the cutter and counterweight of the front belt.
